Contemplating a building with social interest, especially from sports, produces pleasure and admiration in people and also generates interest in the human being for the origins of these constructions. A sports center is always welcome in a city or a town, but if in these centers the same unit of space is used to practice more different sports, then it would be much more effective and economical.
In studies carried out on sports centers it has been verified that, in some cases, these respond to urban projects based on a university complex. In the case of Pérez (2003), a research related to the place occupied by a sports center is presented in Colombia to liven up the lives of university students and help them develop skills and physical capacities.
According to Cortes & Aconcha, (2007) the Villa de Leyva Convention Center and Sports Center (Boyacá) Colombia were created with the aim of being equipped with transition spaces and services necessary to strengthen the growth of the region. It is characterized in areas of conventions, business and professional activities, vacations and ecotourism, especially towards Villa de Leyva, this being an astronomical, architectural and agricultural focal point; in addition, the residents need a training place where the traditions in the use of materials are reborn and preserved.
Rodríguez, (2013) states that the new Vallehermoso Municipal Sports Center, urban solution and living space aims to combine functionality with a new aesthetic. It is a proposal that seeks the creation, recovery or use of vacant or green spaces available, in order to create and care for life, and make this space a resource for learning.
For Fuentes, (2016) the development of an executive project for the facilities of a building for the "CIM" sports center in the town of Teià consists of designing and calculating the necessary facilities to be able to carry out the activities of the sports complex normally. It is a building for public attendance, that is, for shows and recreational activities, in addition to the use of commercial or administrative premises, with the influx of external people.
Sports center was created to raise the level of competitiveness of athletes in the city of Tacna to help in the training of high-level competitive athletes, and also directly benefit new talents in training. New architectural languages are applied, based on contemporary formal, structural and comfort concepts (Mamani, 2017).
The purpose of the La Chinita-La Luz Recreational Sports Center is to show a possible process of urban regeneration in the neighborhoods of La Chinita and La Luz, developing an analysis methodology based on urban ergonomics, quality of life criteria and citizen participation. , dividing the study into three stages: Contextual, Analytical and Social, obtaining as a general result the need for sports-recreational equipment in the study area. In the "La Chinita- La Luz Recreational Sports Center" project, spaces are developed where it is sought to promote sports habits combined with recreation and leisure spaces for users, in order to increase their quality of life, improve their habits and in the future, based on the facilities to be developed in conjunction with the project, reach the urban regeneration of the southeastern neighborhoods of La Chinita and La Luz (Hernández, 2020).
The Pajarito Sports Center is a project to encourage sports tourism, the appropriation of peasant games, promote peasant inclusion, the recovery of traditional games and sports infrastructure (Pardo & Pacheco, 2020).
Blanco, (2020) points out that the Sports Center to generate social cohesion in the Alpha and Omega human settlement of the Ate district aims to establish the relationship between the design of a sports complex in order to accelerate social cohesion in this community, that is, the more united, supportive and cohesive that society is, the more things in common they promote, the more reasons to think that coexistence among its members will be much more harmonious and that democracy will work better.
The Sports Centers were created worldwide with the aim of increasing the practice of sports, prepare users for various sporting events, improve the physical and mental health of the users of the center, and in Cuba, to favor the human growth of Cuban women and men of all ether groups with the development of programs aimed at Sport for All and High Performance that include options for all tastes and preferences.
The province of Pinar del Río has a Sports Center. If it is accessed the city of Pinar del Río through the Central Highway, its majesty impacts as one of the great beauties of Pinar del Río engineering in the 20th. century, it would be evoking the Multipurpose Room November 19.
It was founded on March 8, 1989 as part of a set of facilities planned for the enjoyment of sporting events that contribute to the social development of the province of Pinar del Río.
This institution takes its name to honor the Day of Physical Culture and Sports, instituted on November 19, from the official agreement decreed in Law No. 128 of the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers on January 26, 1985, taking into account that on that day, but in the year 1961, in the City Coliseum Sports, the First Plenary of Volunteer Correspondents of the Inder (National Institute of Sports and Physical Education) was held, where Commander in Chief Fidel Castro highlighted the work of these volunteers in the closing speech of that Congress.

If we list the many times that in these 33 years, children and adults have enjoyed national and international circus shows; the different editions of the Planeta Azul children's festival, the Commercial and Business Exhibition Fairs that had its last edition at EXPOPINAR 2021, among other events, we can affirm that it is dressed in the same way as an important cultural center in the capital of Pinar del Río.
