Traditional Chinese exercises, an alternative for improving the health of the elderly

Abstract
This paper addresses a proposal taijiquanque exercises can be applied in elderly people considering possible illnesses and ailments practitioners since this is a reality that every day the teacher in working with older adults face. The proposal is simple and does not depart from the established rules, even when complying with the presence of health personnel properly qualified from the start of the class.
