Abstract

The implementation of the management system of innovation in the INDER is a policy of the country to put our bodies under competitive conditions in the national and international levels. Although there is an adequate theoretical framework, it is a challenge to be overcome and which often are not prepared especially as regards the introduction of the results and their generalization. In this article it explains what is competitiveness also conceptualizes what is the management of innovation, how can innovation and knowledge as a tool for competitiveness and creativity, and opportunities to innovate as sources of innovation and knowledge.
