Abstract

The lesson is considered the most effective form to achieve the social objective in the educational field, because there are the necessary conditions to integrate, in an unique process, the instruction and the education to develop habits, motor abilities, physical capacities, knowledge and convictions in the students, that is why it should be well structured and organized. Many factors decide its leading position, among which stand out the compulsory condition for all students, it is ruled by curriculums and syllabus with uniforms matters, as well as, wide formation of physically and spiritually healthy people according to development of the personality aimed at being formed. For these reasons to the personality development intended to form the permanent growth of the quality's class is a first order task for the teachers and a permanent challenge for the Physical Education specialists in the research of new ways and forms to increase its effectiveness.
