Abstract

All regularity is a constant that it repeats in the time, being reiterated evidently, the institutionalization of the Physical Education and the Sport and its incidence in the man's performance. For this reason the institutionalization of the Physical Education and the Sport and its incidence in the man's performance is an investigation work that supposes to present which has been the development of the Physical Education and the sciences conceptions that try to delimit the field of scientific knowledge of this sport branch in these moments. The history of this case constitutes the central nucleus of this work. This work makes a description where are presented main aspects in the development of the Physical Education and the Sports. The work deeps in items related to the conditions of the society, in which the Physical Education appearance had its development before and after 1959. These items don’t appear treated until today in the invariants of the knowledge in the Theory and Methodology of the Physical Education subject and for their importance it’s necessary to take into consideration. Besides, this is another way of fulfilling with the curricular strategy of history from the own content system of the subject. The necessity to approach the evolution and development of the Physical Education before and after 1959, as a decisive factor in the evolution and development of the sport in Cuba was the main reason to do this material, with an holistic character, and also, it contributes to the students understanding of these items as main factors in the evolution and development of our today sport in Cuba.
